The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to all the main attractions in the heart of historic Istanbul. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including vegetables, fruits, cheeses, olives, and hot meals. The staff, especially Sener, was very helpful and organized our transfers and made sure our trip was smooth. the hotel was well-organized and well-run.

I had an amazing experience at Beyazit Palace Hotel & Cafe Restaurant. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the must-visit places in the city. It was also conveniently close to public transportation, including the tram and metro stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and our room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, cute, and always ready to help. They provided excellent customer service and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast provided was local and delicious. the hotel offered transfer services to and from the airport at a good price. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant on the terrace, where we enjoyed a nice view of the sea.

We loved staying here! The staff was so friendly and helpful- they quickly dealt with any issues we had. The location is great, right in the heart of the city but still tucked away in an alley. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. We also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, including bike rentals and room service. Pros: great location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast buffet and nice amenities. We would definitely recommend this place to families visiting the city.
